Our Story
RecordTees didn't start in a design studio. It started in a record store.
Bayou Records is an independent retailer specialising in vinyl and CDs — the kind of shop where a conversation about a song can eat half an hour, and where "what are you listening to lately" is basically a greeting. RecordTees grew out of that world. Every design starts the same way it always has for us: a song comes on, it hits, and it demands to be worn.
We're not a licensed merch store, and we're not printing band logos off a template. Every design here is original artwork, built from the lyrics, eras, and cultural moments that shaped the music we sell in the shop — filtered through people who spend their working hours in record crates, not marketing meetings.
What We Make
Premium cotton tees and sweatshirts, printed on demand, one at a time, and shipped worldwide. No overproduction, no warehouse full of sizes nobody bought — just your shirt, made when you order it.
Every design draws on a different corner of music history: classic rock and Americana, punk and alternative, country and roots, and the eras in between. If it's in the collection, it's because someone on our team genuinely loves the song behind it.
The Rest of the Story
